Proxy/Absentee Bidder Policy

Absentee bids are accepted on larger lots included in our auctions. To be considered, absentee bids via this form must be received by Kilgore Auctioneers no later than 5:00 PM (Pacific standard time) 2 days before the auction. Absentee bids BY PHONE are accepted up until Preview Begins on Auction Day. Call us at (971) 239-7021 to place a bid. All information boxes on the absentee bid form must be completed, including telephone number. We accept Visa and Mastercard. A Link is Provided for Payment of 10% of Bid Amount on the Form or upon receipt of this form, we will call you for payment information. We must be able to reach you by telephone before the auction or we will not be able to accept your absentee bid.

All Items Sold As Is Where Is. No Refunds or Chargebacks Allowed

There is a $500 Minimum Per Lot on All Absentee Bids

Buyer’s Premium on Absentee Bids is 10%

Bidder’s Credit Card Will be Charged 10% of Amount Bid as Security Deposit and to Prove They are a Good Faith Bidder with a Valid Credit Card

In The Event Bidder Does Not Win Bid, Monies are Returned Within 3 Banking Days

Place Reasonable Bids – We Reserve the Right to Refuse Any Bid.

Items Won Must be Either Picked up or Shipping Arrangements Made the Day After the Auction.

When bidding your absentee bid for you, we will open bidding at the lowest possible amount (minimum 50% of your bid) and will increase the amount we bid for you only as necessary and only in the minimum amount necessary. We will stop bidding for you at the maximum amount of your bid. We make NO Guarantees on Carrying out your Absentee bids & another bidder on the floor, internet, etc.. may win the item at your Maximum bid amount due to the Flow of bids During the Live Auction.

Please keep in mind when leaving an absentee bid, that a buyer’s premium of 10% will be added to your bid amount and that the bid amount you insert on the form does not include the buyer’s premium. By leaving an absentee bid, you agree to buy the item bid on up to the amount of your bid amount (plus buyer’s premium) and your credit card will be promptly charged for your purchase.
